When filling out the verification form, you have a choice of 3 verification reasons and the “Other” item:
- “Account unblocking” — select this item if your account has been blocked. Verification is a prerequisite for unlocking your account. You will be able to apply for unlocking only after passing verification by documents. In addition, in the interests of security, you will need to go through verification using bank cards and/or payment systems that were used for trading.
- “Become a trusted merchant” — select this option if you want your ads to be accessible to users in a safe mode. Most users prefer to trade with verified accounts, therefore, verification increases the number of responses to transactions and the level of trust from the service.
- “Recover lost account” — select this option if you have lost access to your account. To restore an account, you need to provide a login, id or wallet address, attach a standard package of documents for verification and go through additional verification using bank cards and/or payment systems that were used for trading. If your account has been verified, only a standard set of documents will need to be sent to restore it.
- “Other” — if none of the above reasons are relevant to you, select this item.
Please note that an incorrectly specified reason may become a reason for refusal to pass verification.
